Hand casting a ballot, symbolizing CATALYST’s manipulation of “faux” candidates in upcoming elections

FAUX CANDIDATES

It is election time and CATALYST is at work stroking FAUX candidates that are willing to fall on the sword for CATALYST. Faux candidates are those “selected” by CATALYST to act as if they are not CATALYST. These FAUX candidates may even be strategically positioned to oust CATALYST players presently in office. So far the has identified three political races where FAUX candidates may appear. Mayor Haygood of Daphne has fallen from grace and CATALYST now plans to run opposition to remove Haygood who was one of the original members of Stacy, Haygood and Elliott, now known as CATALYST. CATALYST will eat their own. Daphne definitely needs a new Mayor, that is not a developer, but the last thing they need is a CATALYST puppet.
Scale balancing money bag against a person figure, symbolizing alleged corruption and imbalance in Baldwin County politics

A DECADE OF CORRUPTION

Baldwin County is a cesspool of political and judicial corruption. In the last 10 years the citizens of Baldwin County, especially Fairhope, have been slapped in the face with blatant corruption. Complaints to the Attorney General do not even generate a response. The Judiciary, Bar and Ethics Commission have a repeated record of one paragraph responses dismissing any and all documented evidence. !0 years ago this week State Senator Tripp “Boom Boom” Pittman and Fairhope Mayor Tim Kant, using Fairhope Staff, Greg Mims, Sherry Sullivan and Jennifer Fidler, to name a few, secured a bid for $636,000.00, from Fairhope to Senator Pittman for BP Boom work. All those employed by Fairhope, at the time of BP theft have been fired, quit or voted out of office.
Strawman figure ensnared in a web, referencing the article’s discussion of legal information and Councilman Boones reaction

STRAWMAN SPIDERWEB

Many people watched the bully council in their last meeting where Councilman Boone flipped out at the end of the meeting. What many people did not know was why? Watch the video again and you will see that when I mention the “Strawman” series in Lagniappe, Boone realized that I had read some of the latest information submitted to the Alabama Judiciary related to the case. Map outline of New Jersey, illustrating planning and growth management discussions in Baldwin County

Paradise Lost II

By Chris Warner Special to the Ripp Report/Baldwin County Legal Eagle Backstory Podcast Media Preserving Quality of Life and Livability Through Planning and Growth Management Quality of life has been best defined as the gap between what you want and what you have. The lofty goal of government is to close that gap, so citizens can enjoy an enhanced living environment; one in keeping with their stated goals for growing. Planning is the prudent managing of physical and human growth; and particularly—density, as there are direct, positive correlations between quality of life and the number of people living in a place, in favor of smaller, less dense towns. Slower-paced communities sought for their schools, low property taxes and cultural amenities can be overwhelmed by crowded schools, sprawl and the loss of a valued former sense of belonging unfettered growth can bring. Villages, towns and cities are made of people—and like people—they change over time, as they are allowed to. Managing how quickly a place grows helps maintain its cherished quality of life, and gives it a chance to grow into a healthy, older place still in keeping with the tenets of its founding and early development.

Fairhope Council President Jack Burrell wearing a hard hat, criticized for neglecting infrastructure repairs despite sewer...

CATALYST LIAR

Not only is Council Burrell a bald faced liar, he thinks a hard hat works better than a face mask. This is what you get with CATALYST. Jack Burrell was Council President under Mayor Cant for 4 years and did not do one damn thing about infrastructure repairs. He did approve sewer repairs to the main sewer plant, however allowed no money for transmission lines. That is like having a healthy heart but no arms or legs.
Brown water in a creek, likely polluted, reflecting concerns about environmental violations mentioned in the article

CATALYST SHIT CREEK

The Ripp Report has written about CATALYST for years. We have filed numerous complaints with the Attorney General involving political corruption and have received no reply. It seems that political corruption is not as important as the sewer violations. It is also interesting that all the complaints about Fly Creek and Publix were ignored by ADEM, Alabama Department of Environmental Management, aka Alabama Department of Environmental Maniacs, years ago. State files suit against city of Fairhope for sewage deficiencies The Alabama Department of Environmental Management and Attorney General Steve Marshall filed suit against the city of Fairhope Friday, alleging it violated several permit requirements for reporting and discharging pollutants
