Alabama shaped as a puzzle filled with money, legal symbols, and accusations, illustrating state corruption concerns

PERFECT PUZZLE

Alabama has earned it’s reputation as the most corrupt state in the United States. What solidifies Alabama’s position is a perfect puzzle, all tightly fit together with inept, lazy, hypocritical elected officials and oversight agencies. These agencies cost taxpayers millions for absolutely nothing. The Attorney General, Ethics Commission and Bar Association have earned a reputation of “protecting” it’s fellow inept, hypocritical allies, that are accused of political corruption. The FBI and the Federal Courts deserve a piece of the puzzle for turning a blind eye, or maybe not even opening their eyes and reading what is being published. Compound this sad state of affairs and then add in the police state mentality, which is, “Police do no wrong and should never be held accountable.” This tight little puzzle of no accountability, no transparency and no ethics, is why Alabama is the most corrupt state in the United States.

SURRENDER

What the Ripp Report projected has now come to fruition. Justice is a tricky word and justice can come in many ways. In the McSharry assault case, justice has come in the form of a legal settlement. Fairhope failed to protect it’s citizens. The Fairhope municipal court failed, the Fairhope city attorney failed and lied to the citizens of Fairhope in city council chambers. The Fairhope city council failed, especially Councilman Jack Burrell, McSharry’s best bud. The ultimate judge that signed off on the settlement, left us with more questions than answers, he gets an F as well.
McSHARRY MADNESS

McSHARRY MADNESS

Ronan Mc Sharry should be banned from any club or bar serving alcohol. Because if he claims that your establishment “made him get drunk” and caused him to knock a woman off a bar stool. He then will sue the same establishment. McSharry has never apologized or acknowledged he has done anything wrong after multiple incidents. If you think McSharry’s behavior is acceptable, then do not be surprised if one day, your child, shows the same disrespect for women, that YOU taught them.

GET ZONED or GET SCREWED

Think you do not need zoning then read this article. Un-zoned properties are just what these developers are looking for and they do not give a damn how THEIR development affects your quality of life. Fairhope Mayor Sullivan and the council have chosen to “embrace development’ They were supported in the last election by developers and special interests. Your quality of life is not their concern.

FAUXHOPE MUSICAL CHAIRS

After 9 years of Jack Burrell tenaciously holding on to, the position of President of the Fairhope Council, it may come to an end tonight. Jack has soiled the seat of council president to a point that a new chair is necessary. Jack’s legacy is infamous and it has cost the taxpayers millions. If you think he is relinquishing the seat out of courtesy, then have another drink. If Jack falls out of the chair tonight, you will hear more B.S from the rest of the council as to what a good job he did. They will pour it on like syrup on pancakes. The truth of the matter is the last council was the worst in Fairhope history, and this council is barely holding it’s head above water.

FRIED CHICKEN AND WATERMELON

Tonight the Fairhope Rotary Youth Club will be hosting Fairhope Council and members of the so called the Fairhope Comprehensive Plan. What a Joke! The very youth club that they are meeting in has been financially neglected for years. The club is on Young Street, the heart of the African American Community. Tim Can’t used to visit the community every 4 year election cycle. He would show up with fried chicken and watermelon.

Ethical Recusal

"The Ivey Gambit", playing to the base related to an Executive Order against Biden's vaccine mandate- and all the grandstanders want a shot at this one. We recount the Lagniappe article "Nowhere Fast" related to "The Ethical Recusal" of a Montgomery County Circuit Judge in the Francis Paul Ripp v The Alabama Ethics Commission Case related to the involvement of Ethics Director (Tom Albritton) on cases Mr. Ripp alleges were not properly investigated (all Baldwin County Cases-big surprise).
