SCUMBAG

This is an excellent article, everyone should read it. The facts show how an attorney can manipulate the legal system. How an unethical attorney can bend the rules and even present false evidence. It also presents a picture about judicial appointments and then professes that no conflict of interest exists while our common sense suspects potential favoritism among Judges and attorneys. It shows greed and a disdain for a true sense of justice. More than anything else it puts a spotlight on an attorney that would seek to take an innocent 98 year old woman’s house while she is battling dementia.

NOT GUILTY - INNOCENT

On September 3 2025 Harry Still, a practicing attorney, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge in Bay Minette. A charge that usually requires the arresting officer to witness, which did not happen. The incident was a skirmish between two men who have known each other since childhood. Matt Franklin, a Bay Minette city councilman, was the other individual. This minor incident escalated when the Bay Minette Police decided to file a motion in circuit court to have Still committed to a mental institution. Circuit Court Judge Scott Tayor dismissed the motion.

Darryl Patton Mountain Medicine

Today we are joined by Master Herbalist Darryl Patton and author of the much sought after "Mountain Medicine: The Herbal Remedies of Tommy Bass". Darryl was Tommy's apprentice and the book is a lot more than a book of potions, it is an anthropological treasure right up there with "Travels" by William Bartram, Bass having learned from an old Cherokee woman. So we talk magnolia bark (benzo-ish), buckeye (poison but used for circulatory issues), green briar (root beer) , cross vine (Amphetamine -ish), and other pharmacologically important plants native to Alabama. How to make your own yerba mate (Club Mate) from yaupon holly , the coming Tuesday Run-Off, and Ice Cream Shops I like in Bay Minette, Alabama are all on the table so grab some popcorn.

A NEW HOPE

We are joined by Republican Candidate Elect Danielle Duggar, the brave soul who took on the establishment candidate Attorney and Lollipop Guild Member Rep Matt Simpson, Esq and beat him by a couple of votes. A hard fought victory. Next we discuss the NOT GUILTY verdict by a Baldwin County Jury on Thursday in the City of Bay Minette v Harry Still III for assaulting Bay Minette City Council Member Matthew J Franklin. Turns out Still was telling the truth all along. And after six years of genealogy research (The Tensaw Country North of The Ellicott Line by Charles Bryant should be burned for all it's inaccuracies) I found my "Ark of the Covenant", David Tate, Ward of President George Washington, brother of Red Eagle, son of Sehoy II of the Wind Clan (VLV). And stick around for the Mid-Day Mobile interview with Sean Sullivan at FM talk 106.5.

VOTE

One day to go for the primary elections. Please vote and ask your neighbors as well to vote. CONGRATULATIONS to all the hard working candidates who knocked on hundreds of doors and participated in countless venues. Constituents should consider how many in office had the help of PAC’S and free money from lobbyists, who paid for and all those costly fliers. This is your opportunity to force term limits on career politicians that have become deaf to the voices that elect them.

To: May 17, 2026 Sec. of State Mr. Wes Allen Mr. Jeff Elrod Director of Elections Dear Sirs: The primary election cycle in Baldwin County has had more public participation than in any election in 20 years plus. The most attention has been on the Sheriff’s race. The Ripp Report has been in contact with the Sec of State in reference to suspected and strongly alleged reports of elections being fixed involving numerous races in Baldwin County, in the past.

“INTERNAL” TENSIONS - BCSO

According to two independent sources familiar with communications between the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office and federal immigration enforcement personnel, internal tensions reportedly escalated during the current sheriff’s election cycle over BCSO participation in immigration-related operations connected to the federal 287(g) program. The sources allege that Chief Deputy David White became upset with BCSO deputies assisting Mobile Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), expressing concern that ERO agents were “just out stopping brown people” and that continued involvement risked giving BCSO a negative public image during an election season.

LOWERY PUTS CAMPAIGN FIRST - IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT AND CITIZEN SAFETY SECOND

Contribution from CONCERNED BALDWIN COUNTY CITIZEN To Sheriff Anthony Lowery and the Citizens of Baldwin County, Alabama: It has come to the attention of many in our community that validated reports are circulating suggesting that the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office has quietly stepped back from active cooperation with federal immigration enforcement efforts and that this decision may be directly tied to the current election cycle. This is deeply troubling. We understand that politics is complicated. We understand that campaigns require strategy. What we do not understand and frankly will not accept is the idea that any elected official would deliberately scale back public safety enforcement to protect their own political standing. The badge does not belong to the sheriff. It belongs to the people of Baldwin County.

ANONYMOUS-BB

Only in Baldwin County would political operatives produce a newsletter Baldwin Beat aka BB. Baldwin Bullshit. It is reported to be published in a pasture for Bulls that have diarrhea and a GOB brand. BB has a moniker, All the news and information Baldwin County Citizens need to know., all small letters, and then BB posts it, Anonymously. So the message is we are going to tell you something you need to know. But we can't say who we are, who we represent, who is paying us, who are the political consultants, or if what we are saying is truthful??? WTF
