Mack is hauling ass out of Baldwin County and he wants Anthony Lowery to replace him. I wonder if Mr. Lowery has given any thought as to what problems, lawsuits and investigations that are surfacing that Mack is trying to dump in Lowery’s lap. Sounds like Sheriff Mack is doing Lowery no favor.
Sheriff Hoss Mack has one foot out the door and is hoping to slide his second choice, Anthony Lowery in as his “suggested” replacement. Lowery has professed in the past that he did not want the job. He has to know that a ton of crap out of the Hoss Boss closet, is going to expose some very embarrassing incidents involving BCSO. I do hope Lowery reads all the comments on the Ripp Report. First I would like to thank all the people who have warned me of retaliation that I may receive for writing the truth about BCSO and Sheriff Mack. Let me assure you that I have talked with the Attorney General’s office, FBI and other federal officials. I not only talked with them but provided documents. In addition we have talked with CNN, Investigative reporters, not in Alabama, Netflix and several producers that may be interested in a documentary.
Finally! For multiple reasons, Sheriff Hoss Mack is retiring. It could be the Federal investigation, the internal investigation, wrongful conviction, federal Lawsuit of Johnathan Victor and a myriad of internal problems within BCSO involving morals, accountability, transparency and of course the GOB, Good ole Boy culture that permeates the entire department. Now is the time for the deputies to put forward who they want as Sheriff. Mack had Andre set up for the position however Andre could not keep his pants up. Next choice would be Anthony Lowery who judging from the comments following the articles, and his checkered history with BCSO, as well as a closet full of cobwebs, Lowery would be the poorest of choices.
Baldwin Countian of the Year 2023 (Nappie Awards), Commander of the Major Crimes Unit, and supervisor over Criminal Investigations CID, Public Relations, and Forensics... Captain Andre Reid was accused of having an affair with a subordinate. He has denied the allegations but the Ripp Report is awash with anonymous sources who seem to know a lot about the details of this and other instances of cover given to people in the "Sheriff's Circle of Protection". The Sheriff Department stated that they investigated and while there was no evidence of an affair but that certain policies had been violated. He never lost any pay, and is now Captain in charge of the Baldwin County Correction Center where he is in charge of several hundred women. On top of this there is a Federal Investigation ongoing as to what happened to item of evidence in the possession of Baldwin County Sheriff's Deputies who were working as Federal Agents under the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Taskforce (OCDEFT). The toll plaza at the beach express has been demolished. New laws go into effect related to cell phones and squatting in Alabama. RSA and David Bronner want a special session to save the State's economy through casino gaming. AG Marshall is accused of ignoring complaints against the ALGOP Party Chairman John Wahl. The Alabama Political Reporter gets outed for all of the State funds it receives to presumably influence their content. Trump Bannon and Hunter Biden are all going to jail (news since the last podcast). Anthony Fauci gets his day of grilling on the hill (beagles). And the Alabama Police Officers Standards and Training Commission soils the bed again, this time by failing to stop former FBI agent Christopher Bauer (who raped a co-worker at knife point) to become an Alabama State Trooper in 2019, he was convicted of raping a child this week. The Supreme Court has ended the ATF bump stock ban. But no one can tell you when you need a Federal Firearms License which may cost you your life (like the Little Rock Ark Airport Manager) there is a 350+ page publication you can read online. Finally the Alabama Attorney General has forwarded a complaint they received related to a murder for hire in Choctaw County Alabama to the local Sheriff for further investigation. The reason the complaint was made to the AG and not the local Sheriff is his family connection to one of the alleged participants. Hanky Panky at the Po Po indeed.

The good sheriff deputies at the Baldwin County Sheriff Office are fed up with their CCUO, Chief Cover up officer, Sheriff Mack. It seems the Baldwin County Sheriff's Department has internal hanky panky problems. One of the top officers in the Sheriff's Department has been having a little extra curricular activity with a subordinate female employee, who is married to a fellow officer. No official action by the sheriff has been taken, in fact, looks like it's covered up from the public. Why should we care? Because the Sheriff's Department is well known for cover ups. The problem is that fellow officers are now wondering how this situation is not public and severe action has not been taken against the senior officer.
