A RECKONING IS PREDICTED

Let’s face the facts: money wins elections. Sometimes the best man does not win, especially when only 10 percent of the voting public decides who wins and all the rest just bitch.

Sheriff Anthony Lowery will not be able to change the embedded corrupt culture of the BCSO. He had five times the money of his opponent Matt McKenzie. Lowery couldn’t stand in McKenzie’s shade but money and GOB control prevailed. Lowery had former Sheriff Hoss Mack turning over every rock he could. Mack will be Lowery’s downfall and is responsible for the total lack of transparency and accountability of the BCSO. When a sheriff’s office investigates itself and always “justifies its actions” it loses the public’s confidence. When innocent people lose their lives or are sent to jail, it’s only a matter of time before public opinion will prevail.

Hoss Mack is trying to become the head of ALEA, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. It would be a horrible mistake and the downfall of ALEA. The Ripp Report personally notified ALEA about Little Hoss’s plan.

Baldwin County, despite only 10 percent of constituents voting, is shifting away from the GOB. In years past only 1 or 2 protagonists have been pointing out the deficiencies of the sheriff office and the GOB’s. Podcasts, social media and publications like Lagniappe have inspired at least a half dozen new warriors against the injustice of the BCSO and the GOB’s of Baldwin County.

BCSO will have a new sheriff in the next election. Lowery and Mack will be put to pasture.

Senator Chris Elliott is also in his last term as a state senator. He will try to move up the political ladder and fail. Elliott is a consummate liar and that character flaw will be front and center in the coming years. His use of Pac money, dark money and GOB endorsements is not going to work in the next election. The solar farm, gambling issues and Pac money, that he keeps in the closet, will do him in. His straight face BS will ultimately fail.

Do not be surprised if Elliott does not become the Director of gaming for the State of Alabama. This is a secret ambition of his, that is no longer a secret. Baldwin County has a new judge supported and endorsed by the top tier of GOB’s. District Attorney Robert Wilters and Hoss Mack. The infamous consultants Jon Gray and Scott Boone were teamed up and paid to represent Kristi Hagood. Hagood was not qualified to become a judge but she was qualified to represent the GOB’s.

The sad irony is that Anthony Lowery, Hoss Mack, Robert Wilters and the new judge Kristi Hagood are all involved in the wrongful conviction of Murray Lawrence Jr.

Talk about reckoning or karma, Hagood is in for a full dose. She will be a one term judge with a legacy of disgrace. She is in a box, for her to do the right thing she would have to turn against the hierarchy of the “GOB” good ole boys.

The District Attorney, Robert Wilters was the judge in the trial of Lawrence and the architect and recruiter of Hagood. Anthony Lowery was the lead investigator in the Lawrence case who found not one shred of evidence. Hoss Mack was the sheriff and now is the over-sheriff to Lowery. Mack will lurk in the shadows and call the shots for Lowery. David Whitstone was the prosecutor and DA at the time. He has long since retired as the worst of the worst DA’s in Baldwin County history.

It is noteworthy that Haygood’s consultants knew of her baggage from the Murray Lawrence case. Jon Grey and GOB Scott Boone cared less about Haygood’s credibility as long as they got paid. Instead of doing candidate research they both were more interested in cashing their checks. MONEY< MONEY< MONEY.

The end result is we now have an elected Judge that is bringing a record of judicial malfeasance to the bench, before she is even sworn in. Baldwin County at it’s best, stacking the deck in the courtroom to protect the GOB’s and throwing the public to the mercy of a corrupt system.

The books will be available soon and the TV documentary next. Both will have national attention outside the control of the GOB who are running Baldwin County. The book will expose those involved in the wrongful conviction of Lawrence. A corrupt judge, an inept DA, a self promoting sheriff and a slew of attorneys that should never have graduated law school. You will shake your head in disbelief, but it is all factual. Murray Lawrence was the vehicle that elected officials used for self promotion in the ranks of the GOB of Baldwin County and attorneys used for income only.
