The culverts, sewer lines, wetlands issues, drainage, proximity to Fly Creek ,county right a ways, city easements, tree survey missing, were just a few issues—Fauxhope did nothing—then allowed the apartments– same issues same no action—Now they are expanding building again behind apartments, the developer is given a green flag.
Today the Summerdale candidate forum will feature the good ole boys, and women of Baldwin County, infighting and dividing alliances. It seems Catalyst has stained the name of Scott Boone Consulting aka Catalyst, and some of his loyalists are wanting a divorce. Scott Boone is Lowery’s campaign manager, which should come as no surprise. Jon Gray is working with Scott Boone on Kristy Haygood’s campaign. Gray is a long time friend of Haygood, let’s see how this threesome works. The last thing constituents want is Jon Gray anywhere near our already corrupt judicial system. Gray is also representing Frances “WOKE” Jones. The entire community of Fort Morgan have raised 10.000 thousand dollars to get rid of Jones who has disappointed constituents and what her replaced.

Please read the comments. It seems the Baldwin County Sheriff's Department has internal hanky panky problems. One of the top officers in the Sheriff's Department has been having a little extra curricular activity with a subordinate female employee, who is married to a fellow officer. No official action by the sheriff has been taken, in fact, looks like it's covered up from the public. Why should we care? Because the Sheriff's Department is well known for cover ups. The problem is that fellow officers are now wondering how this situation is not public and severe action has not been taken against the senior officer. The Ripp Report has had 3 different people call us giving us dates, names and ranks of the individuals involved. Let's see how Sheriff Hoss Mack is going to spin this sordid story.
Chris Elliott is a professional politician who has been the Baldwin County Sheriff’s legislature puppet from the day he was elected. First for Hoss Mack, now Anthony Lowery. Elliott’s wife conveniently works for the sheriff department securing that job via Chris Elliott. He maintains there is no conflict of interest. Elliott constantly bypasses the Baldwin County Legislature body on many issues presenting legislative bills without any review and in some cases no notice to the legislative delegation. He avoided DUI charges playing the system and he has been lying and playing the system ever since.
